[PLUG] Plug Newsgroup is active -=> purdue.student-org.plug

As it ends up purdue.student-org.plug is still active on the purdue
news servers (I tried news.purdue.edu)

I'd recomend that any lenthy discussions be ported to there. But questions
are still fine with me for the mailing list!
