[PLUG] ECE PPP

Red Hat seems have a graphical interface (under X) for setting up PPP,
and only need to set up user name,passwd,DNS,defalt gateway
and mask byte. If you can dial up your ECN account from Win box,
there should be no problem to do it under linux.
B&W, FreeBSD's dial up is more difficult to setup than linux
