[PLUG] unsigned short UIDs?

ISP's need more than 64k users.... NetNITCO (where I worked) had over
30,000 users on a dual digital alpha 533.... (radius server)....
and NetNITCO is still growing..
So there has to be a varient or kernel patch out there that uses over
64k..
Does digital unix support over 64k?
