While I don't know about your substance abuse habits, I'm sure there are
many OSs that support more than 64K.  One that I know of is Netware (4
and 5)..  Also I would suspect that many of the mainframe OSs can do
this too..  Not sure if NT can.. it would probably break if you tried..
I've heard it bogs down down after 10K, but I don't know what the
theoretical limits are for it.
