[PLUG] ICQ?

I found Licq/GtkICQ to be the best in quality..
I've never had LICQ crash on me.... I love it.... (especially the newest
version)
as for Net::ICQ... I was working on something too...
I was going to do a web/ICQ using Client-Pull.... =)
It might be fun.... since I have wrote a chat using client pull too...
I'm not sure quite how I'm going to do it yet.. But I plan to start it
soon...
As for the Net::ICQ... they're working on it.... ... and we just have to
wait (or help them along)
