I'm coordinating requests to test Insight's @Home service and working
on getting some technical talks from Insight engineers scheduled at
Purdue.

If you are interested in testing the @Home high speed internet access
service from Insight Communications (TV cable company) please send me
(mds@purdue.edu) your:
  1. Name
  2. work phone (no marketing calls, only used if you are a tester)
  3. home phone (no marketing calls, only used if you are a tester)
  4. email address
  5. local address including city and ZIP (ZIP+4 if you know it)
  6. Are you a current Insight Customer?
  7. (Optional) Your Insight account number? Only send it if you
are comfortable doing so. It will only be sent to Insight
Communications...just trying to save them some work...want to
make things as simple as possible for them to select testers.
  8. If you are in an upgrade area. If channel 26 is ESPN2 your
area hasn't been upgraded. If channel 26 is MSNBC your area
     has been upgraded.

Send what you know now. Send answers to 7 (again, it's optional)
and 8 (very helpful) later. If the status on 8 changes later
please send me an update.

I'll forward the information to Insight Communications. Just want to
be able to send a list instead of have them deal with people one at a
time. I've contacted them and they'd prefer a list. They will be
selecting the testers.
