[PLUG] PLUG Installfest

Hey Everyone,
	We just had a meeting, and I promised a bunch of people that I'd send
this to the list:

When do you want to have an installfest? Where should we have it? Keep
in mind that it's optimal to have a location with tables and network.
Computers are difficult to put on those stupid little lecture desks..
Network is useful (but not necessary) for installation.
