[PLUG] Resnet (ADSL) problems

	Hi, I'm using linux over the resnet (ADSL)
recently. Often suffered from the delay problem
when doing telnet (say, the connection often block
a short while when you try to type something in
the telnet window and you can see the "synchronization light"
of the 1Meg modem turns to yellow the meanwhile which 
means ethernet card not synchronized with modem at that
time. I'm wondering whether this is a physical layor 
problem of the ADSL connection or software layor (like
the tulip driver of LINUX) problem,  does anyone have
such expereience before?
