[PLUG] Room for meetings

I'm not fond of the rooms otherwise, but EE170 is where HKN does
it's stuff, and that's who we're trying to switch off with.

EE270 requires too many stairs, esp. if people bring machines for
demos and such, but 170 should be fine.
