[PLUG] resnet

Does anyone know what the Hell is wrong with Resnet?!?
I can not believe how much I ping out on IRC, or how long it takes to
download something from Freshmeat.  I was getting better ping replys and
download speeds on my 14.4 modem back home!!  If someone has any knowledge
as to why the network SUCKS this year, please tell me, and if they are
doing anything to correct it?  Or, if someone knows who I can contact to
Bitch at them about the network, please tell me that too.  Thanks.
