[PLUG] resnet

What dorm are you in, I'm in Owen, i use to get 430k/sec downloads last
year.  Now netscape stalls when it trys to go to Freshmeat or
Userfriendly.  I've been wondering if there might be a bad switch or hub
somewhere in the dorm...
