[PLUG] Article in Linux Today about M$ kill UNIX at Universities..

According to other people I have talked to, Purdue is allowed to install
Linux on Intel donated hardware.  There are ECE machines that are running
Linux that have been donated, and Mowle's cluster of HP's was supposed to
be running NT on Intel replaced hardware this semester, but they opted for
Linux.

The word has to get to the CS professors.  Professors probably have the
most power in this University over anyone.  Getting TA's and CS Freshman
to start hounding the CS prof's about using UNIX instead is probably the
best bet.  In all reality, no one is going to listen to a User's Group
recommendation.
