As a general reference book I would recommend: Linux Unleashed (Sams
Publishing)
This is a very good general reference type book.
Any commands you forgot, any concepts you want to get a general idea
about, this book is for you.
I bought this book when I first started tinkering w/ GNU/Linux, and I used
it every 5 minutes for the first couple days, then every hour, then once
per day, And now I just use it as a reference book.
The thing to keep in mind is that this book (like any other reference)
will only provide a general idea of whatever concept you want to learn
about. If you really want to learn anything about a given topic, you will
end up looking at some websites and some HOWTO's dedicated to that topic.
