[PLUG] Caldera Linux Technology Preview

So, in the mail the other day, guess what I received.  A few copies of a
Caldera Linux Technology Preview...  Contained within the TP are:

Linux 2.4 Kernel (test3)
Sun Java 1.3 JDK and HotSpot
KDE 2 preview version
XFree86 4.0.1
glibc 2.2 preview (2.1.91 if you don't install the 2.2 version)
gcc 2.95.2
apache 1.3.12
RealPlayer 7
xmms 1.2.0
perl 5.6
python 1.5.2
qt2 (and 1.45)

I don't see any gnome stuff on the distribution CD.  Too bad.  But other
than that, it looks pretty cool.  Maybe I'll move my home directories
and put them on another drive and install this sometime soon.

I am keeping one copy for the PLUG library, and the other copies will be
given out during a couple of meetings and our callout.  Stay tuned for
more info on that.
