[PLUG] South Ballroom for Installfest

Getting the South Ballroom means we get charged $275 plus money
for chairs. So, while it would be good to be right around the
corner from the local source of evil, it is prohibitively expensive.
So, I'm starting to look elsewhere. I just thought of Stewart Center,
and any ideas would be helpful.
