Well, I see your point. I want this to be done right. Our last
installfest went together like stone soup: we announced it, we set up
a place, and between our stuff and stuff brought in by members and by
people I had never seen before, we had ourself everything we wanted
and more. It was pretty much chaos, but it was good. And we can do
exactly the same thing without, for example, Tshirts from O'Reilly and
distros from everyone. Having those things would be bells and
whistles, but we don't need much organization to have a good
installfest.
