i have 2 hard drives in my linux box, and i'm going to be taking one out
for use in another box.. the current setup is:

ide0: hda (has lilo in MBR)
      hdb (cdrom)
ide1: hdc (root partition)

i'm going to be taking hda out and putting it in the other box.. my
question is, how do i best go about keeping my current machine happy?
since lilo is on hda, do i have to move the current hdc drive to ide0? and
if i do that, what files (other than the obvious ones like /etc/fstab) do
i have to alter so that the computer can find it's way to booting?

thanks,
peter
