[PLUG] Administrivia!

Hey Everyone,
	Just a quick announcement! We have a treasury! Mr. David Meyer, our
illustrious VP has agreed to become our treasurer. Hopefully this means
that we'll be able to begin funding more PLUG activities.. Of course
this means we've got to get some money in our treasury. :) But, everyone
is now ordered to be officially greatful to Dave Meyer for his help in
this are. Your President has spoken! :)
