If you don't mind the occionsal crash (which most people are use to from
running netscape), and the lack of SSL... use the latest build of Mozilla.
(Not M13, but one of the nightly builds).4

A few days ago font support in linux was dramatically changed.  All fonts,
even small ones, are very readable now.  Of course, Mozilla isn't perfect
yet, so this isn't probably the answer you're looking for...
