[PLUG] scp question

Ok, scp is still not working from my box to expert, but it works from
expert to my box.  I've tried to test other boxes, but I dont have the
same login on those.  How do i specify a login?  I've tried using -l user,
- -o -l user, -ol user, -o-l user, but nothing seems to work.  Any Ideas?
