[PLUG] Installfest: a retrospective

Suggestion:

Why not use the MSEE Atrium for an Install-fest?  We can get a wire
connected either in 189, or the new 140.  We can have tables set-up all
around, and I'm sure it wouldn't be too expensive?  I think we can have
another one if we wanted to this semester.
