[PLUG] import ms.outlook mails to linux mail client

What would be a good linux mail client for some one who has been using
MS. Outlook . and wants to move all the outook mails to a linux mail
client.

as i was saying to you, i want to move from windows 98 to linux on my
desktop.
but am not certain if i can import the outlook mails and the folders
that i already have into
linux.
and also am not certain which mail software i should use so that i can
do almost everything
that i am doing in outlook 2000.
