What would be the open software solution? bladeenc | icecast? I'm sure
we'd try to do it that way (the right way) if we knew what it was.

  Some lunatic at SICS wanted to prove that if *any* sort of two-way
  communication is let through a firewall, one can piggyback IP over it.
  I believe that the same lunatic also did IP over DNS queries.
