[PLUG] mp3player for Alpha

Actually, wavs work fine, I'm currently piping uncompressed mp3s across my
LAN to my alpha via esd, not the best thing, but it works. thought @ where
I work is that it's a big/little endian problem, whether or not this is
the case I don't know. Thanks for the tip for 59m-r, I wasn't aware they
were buggy.

I thought so too, Xconfigurator recognizes it, but it don't work(X
3.3.whatever defaults w/ RH6.2) and the X4.0 driver won't compile(ARGH!!)
as for the TGA, that doesn't surprise me, I beleive those are/were the
default cards in alphas, most likely I'll get ahold of a Matrox card that
is know to work and shelf the Voodoo3 until such time as it works
