This card uses the RealTek 8139 chip - see the section RealTek 8139. 

So basically you need to recompile your kernel and add in support for the
RealTek 8139.  If you don't know how to do this, check out the Kernel
HOWTO.  Both these documents can be found at http://www.linuxdoc.org
