www.discountdomainregistry.com (I think that's spelled right)

$15/yr and they have a webbased admin front end.  You can setup email
accounts (either webmail or forwarding).  You get 5mb of space on their
web server... (and of course) you can point a hostname to any ip... which
is what I do.

its also nice 'cuz you can forward rejected email to a specific accoutn
which is great for tracking spam... 

its only $15/year.  (hosting/forwarding provided by like bw3.com or
something... but who cares it works good enough for me)
