it was verio or bell atlantic, or earthlink.  and only verio gave static
IP, and bell said 'up to 128kpbs', and earthlink said '384 kbps', very
ssaid 784kpbs/static ip and I have a tollfree dialup I can use for free.
Most of the companies Verio bought were pretty decent, atleast in
chicago...oh well c'est la vie....it is 9 months of free service, 3 months
of paid service then I find someone else.
