[PLUG] Secure IMAP server

I'm trying to set up a secure Imap server on my box, and I found a page
that explained how to do it using OpenSSH and stunnel.

One step says:

            3.  send req.pem to the CA, which will send you back the
certificate

That is all it says, with no explaination.  What is the CA and how do I
send the file to it/them?  Thanks in advance for the help.
