You could probably partition your hard drive to keep Windows & Linux and
dual boot between them.  I'm sure you could find suitable replacements
for <insert app here> you use in Windows in Linux.

It's also possible, using either VMWare (http://www.vmware.com/) or WINE
(http://www.winehq.com/), to run windows binaries.  However, I have no
idea how good these are, as emulating windows is a difficult task.

Personally, I don't run Windows on any machines.  :-)
