[PLUG] Installfest preliminary announcement

Our semester installfest will be help on Saturday, October 28th.  The
officials times and location are not yet set as we are still trying to
figure out where it'll be.

!!!But mark your calendars!!!

More info to follow very soon.  We'll need help getting flyers up and
stuff.  Email installfest@csociety.purdue.edu if you want to help out.
