Citrix is great, but it has been around for quite a while. The best thing
about it in my opinion is how well it streams over slow connections. At the
place I worked last summer, we put the ICA client on all the laptops and
gave it to all the people who wanted to access the databases or their e-mail
from home. It worked wonderfully, many times faster than using the database
front end or e-mail client directly. Even on a 28.8 or 33.6 dial-up you can
use it with little lag. Although I haven't tried it, I think you can set it
up to stream sound, too. Also, all the data is encrypted par default.
