[PLUG] Non-destructive partitioner to make dual-boot

Um, why do you need a 5MB fat partition? The program runs off of a
floppy. I've never needed to have a fat partition. I've even moved a
2GB linux parition from the end of a drive to just after the first
partition on a huge drive. Went well, and the only partitions on it
were an NTFS part, and a Linux Native part.
