[PLUG] non-fillable PDF forms

PLUGers,

I have a PDF form to complete, but its nonfillable, so I can't
fill it out using the free Acrobat Reader.

I read that it can be filled out using the full version
of Adobe Acrobat, but there is no Linux version available.
Do you guys know of any Linux software to add text to a pdf file?
