[PLUG] CS423x Sound Problems

I just installed Mandrake 7.1 on my laptop and I cannot get the sound to
work right.  I am using the same configuration for my soundcard that I
have on previous versions of Mandrake and Redhat.  The Midi works, but
when I try to play anything else I get this error:
	Sound: DMA (output) timed out - IRQ/DRQ config error?

I have verified the settings, address,irq,dma, et cetera...
The machine is a Toshiba Tecra 510CDT with the Crystal Labs CS423x Sound
Chipset

Anybody have any ideas how I can fix it?
