[PLUG] Debian ISO's on campus

No, we don't have a debian-cd mirror. Debian strongly suggests using their
pseudo-cd generating thingy mabob anyways, which should allow you to snag
most of the packages from normal mirrors (such as our own at CERIAS) and
then use rsync to patch it into the proper image. I don't really have any
plans to mirror the CD images either, the pseudo image idea makes sense
and I don't have the space to devote to that many images.
