Yes, we haven't been mirroring Debian for several months now (which is
strange since csociety-ftp even runs Debian!)  The main reason we quit
was because ftp.cerias has the same level of connectivity that we do,
and there's no reason to duplicate efforts.  We used the space freed up
to mirror the complete kernel archive and the Progeny Debian distro
among others.
