[PLUG] Open BSD hangs on b00t (file check)

When I woke up this morning my box was locked hard.  Nothing I could do
short of those neat-o shocking paddles they use in the hospital could
revive it.  I was forced to hit the good ole' power button.  Anyway, when
I boot now it says something like wd0a was not propperly unmounted
starting automatic file check.  It then hangs there for an eternity doing
absolutely nothing.  It's been hanging there for the past 5 hours. heheh
How can I restore this box quickly and painfully?
