[PLUG] OpenBSD 2.8 Question

I recently installed OpenBSD 2.8 and have noticed that it prints EVERY LITTLE DETAIL to the screen.  This is fine when I'm sitting at the box doing nothing, but when I'm trying to edit files it is annoying.  Is there a way to turn this off?
