[PLUG] Printing

I have a couple questions about printing using lpd.  The printer is an
Epson Stylus 777 using the stp ghostscript driver.

1. How can I force the printer to print in grayscale and not in color?

2. Is there a postscript filter that reverses the order of the pages?
