Alright,
	I'm trying to get 3d acceleration working in Debian. I have a Voodoo3 3000.
Right now I keep getting the error message:

gd error (glide): Can't find or access Banshee/V3 board
fx Driver: ERROR no Voodoo1/2 Graphics or Voodoo Rush !

any time I try to run tuxracer, or glxinfo. Anyway, I have the tdfx kernel
module installed. /dev/3dfx exists. I'm using XFree86 4.0.1 I think....I
could be wrong on that. Anyway, the Config file has the section

Section "Device"
Identifier "3Dfx Interactive, Inc. Voodoo 3"
        VendorName "3dfx
        Driver "tdfx"
EndSection

I believe I have all the correct libraries installed. Although I could be
wrong on that too. Right now I have the mesag3-glide2 library installed, as
well as libglide2.

If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate the help. It would help
get me one step further towards being Windoze free. Cause really the only
thing that is holding me back right now is a few programs like Half Life. If
I can get OpenGL hardware accelerated, and then get wine configured better
I'll be there. Anyway, thanks in advance for any help you all can pass my
way. Take it easy and have a good fall break.
