[PLUG] Programming projects

For those who don't know, CSociety hosts the PLUG user accounts, and much of
this work is being done in response from requests from PLUG directly, so
helping out on these projects is really helping out PLUG directly.

This is of primary interest to PLUG, as it will speed the generation of PLUG
user accounts.

Both projects can be a great way to learn neat technology from good people.
