[PLUG] Programming projects

For those who don't know, CSociety hosts the PLUG user accounts, and much of
this work is being done in response from requests from PLUG directly, so
helping out on these projects is really helping out PLUG directly.

> We at the Computer Society have some projects that some people
> may be interested in.  We will meet tonight at 6:30 in EE005 to

This is of primary interest to PLUG, as it will speed the generation of PLUG
user accounts.

> The other is a library checkout system.  We have many books, and
> we have the books cataloged thanks to one of our members, now we
> need to get a system in place to let people borrow these books.

Both projects can be a great way to learn neat technology from good people.
