[PLUG] Slackware 8.0 and dependencies?

Dependencies?? If you're tring to use RPM you wont get something to work
too well... Slackware uses its own packaging system that is a bit more
...er... primitive.  You can use rpm2tgz to convert an rpm into a gzipped
tar file, and then use 'installpkg' on it or extract it to a temp dir and
copy things where you want them to go.  Anywas for most things i use that
slack doesnt have I just download and compile and install from a tarball.
