[PLUG] *.dvj player

DVJ is a small wrapper around Windows Media Player. DVJ files just
contain a link to an MPEG. I've been unsuccessful using .dvj format from
home for EE270 lectures, etc. The best thing to do (if you have an ECN
account) is to go to EE061 where they have machines already set up for
DVJ. (Other labs in the MSEE and EE buildings work too.)
