[PLUG] Who to contact in ResNet

I just finished diagnosing my internet problems with a ResNet representative
and it was concluded that one of the ethernet jacks is bad, leaving only one
good jack for three people(one of them does not have a computer).  Aparently
this won't even be looked at until sometime next week, but it is a huge
inconvenience for me this weekend between studying for exams and homework
(are the MSEE labs open on the weekend?).  Does anyone know who to talk to
to get this fixed, or a temporary solution, tomorrow or by tuesday?
