If it is capped its not too bad, I was able to get 1000k/s+ on expert when i
was downloading the new mandrake isos (i found it was far faster to download
them to a temp directory on expert and then download them from there than it
was to download straight from the distribution site. would've been much
easier if csociety-ftp mirrored the betas :)
