There are other repositories hosted on that machine as well, but
I have not made them publically available yet due to needing to
gather more information on its current usage.

Sanmateo also offers anoncvs for FreeBSD
(CVSROOT=:pserver:anoncvs@sanmateo.ecn.purdue.edu:/cvs/FreeBSD,
password anoncvs).  In the near future I will try to figure out
how to provide the other repositories on this service as well.
